RoxPrep
Adaptive race-preparation system for HYROX athletes with structured, coach-delivered training.

Development
RoxPrep is built around a central adaptive engine that evaluates time to race, recent workload, logged fatigue, and station-specific performance to determine what an athlete should do each day. The system combines a race-anchored training engine with a template-driven coach platform, allowing a primary coach to deliver a scalable, systemized training method through a mobile-first experience. The architecture includes a robust decision system that adapts workouts based on athlete feedback and performance metrics.

Design
The mobile-first design prioritizes clarity and confidence-building with an opinionated interface that minimizes decision fatigue. The athlete experience centers on the 'Today's Plan' view that presents a clear, step-by-step checklist of activities. The coach interface provides separate 'Studio Mode' for deep program creation and 'Command Mode' for daily oversight. The design language uses role-based UI components to ensure each user sees only what's relevant to them, with a calm, confidence-building tone throughout.
Marketing
RoxPrep is positioned for serious HYROX athletes who want structured, adaptive training without guesswork. The marketing strategy emphasizes the system's ability to deliver race-specific, adaptive daily training that responds to an athlete's actual performance and recovery patterns. The subscription model centers around a primary coach who operates RoxPrep as their system, with clear forecasting of race-day outcomes presented with appropriate confidence bands rather than guarantees.
